Executive and Business Mentoring & Business Development Services

For Chief Executives and other C-suite executives, we offer an unobtrusive executive coaching and mentoring service helping to work through challenges of sensitive decision-making. We provide tailored service access to the tools required to significantly improve the performance of top executives. For example, we work together with newly appointed Chief Executives entering into a demanding role on a 100 day on-boarding plan to improve early stage performance and promote lasting success in the new function.

For smaller businesses, Avandis offers business mentoring accompanying business
owners from start up to growth helping them to transition into highly skilled business managers. We also have a specific interest in working with commercial banks to design finance programmes for smaller businesses —in particular the women-owned business sector— helping to identify and mitigate credit risk factors and designing accompanying business development services to these firms. Avandis Consulting also runs interactive management seminars for small business owners facilitating the transition from professional founder to business managers with a larger skill set.
